This top is a cyber techno top really reflective top with many uv items :the webbing straps made from silver reflective fabric tape and the reflective heart and star on the front pocket !
It is a kind of bib top -from black nylon-:it is held on the back only with black elastic bands.You may have an additional elastic band around the chest to wear it safely ;-) over a tee !This top is quite adjustable you will be able to wear it over a tee but also over a jumper .
