Heartwear is a flared long cyber goth skirt made from black/grey leatherette (heavy fabric).It has silver reflective pvc tape crossing on the front with reflective heart/stars (made from silver reflective fabric ).There is reflective pvc tape on the rigth part of the back too.It is closed on the back with a zip .
* length 38in=95cm or less if you wear it on the hips

Due to stopping of the fabric (and hearts) there is only enought materials left to sew an heartwear skirt =for sizes less than a 32inches(84cm waist).
I will email you after ordering for your measurements=this skirt can be sewn to be worn on the hips or on the waist.
