This skirt is a Really puffy skirt (looks like bloomers) perfect to match with any corset.
The over skirt is made from shinny glitter gauze but it's not a see-trough skirt because of the black pvc underskirt.
The overskirt is filled with polystyrene balls (funky under UV lights!)and black feathers .It's a quite comfortable and adjustable skirt due to the elastic band on the waist.
Skirt length 16in=40cm.
