This is a really cyber*lolita puffy skirt .
The overskirt is made from a shinny odd gauze which looks and feels like paper .It is translucent,filled with neon pink (uv reactive)feathers and polystyrene balls.
But the skirt is not see-trough due to the pink pvc underskirt.THis skirt is quite adjustable because of the elastic band on the waist.

It is really cute to wear it with wedding garters ;-) or for a streetwear outfit over usual pink pvc pants !
