This funky fluffy skirt is a flared skirt made from hello kitty retro fabric=huge hello kitty face and vichy cheked design :)!
This skirt is adjustable :you will be able to wear it high-waisted or low rise (on the hips).
*top height = 14,5"(37cm) ,flounce 4" (10cm)=total length 18,5"(47cm) .
It has a huge fluffy flouce bottom (2inches=5cm heigth):you will pick your long hair fur colour.

The hello kitty fabric is available in blue or pink,the fluffy flounce bottom is different shades (colour chart near the picture).

This skirt is only custom made due to the huge range of colours.I will email you after ordering for your colour choices and measurements..Two prices are listed :there is a 5GBP over charge for sizes more than 32inches (81cm) waist due to the more fabric.
