The neo-eskimo hoop fluffies are the same than the neo-eskimo fluffies but with an hoop inside for a more funky flared shape.
They are available in legwarmers length (under knee =17,5 inches =44cm) or stockings length (over knee = 22,5 inches =55cm) .
The top is made from shinny pvc or cordura,the bottom has a 4 inches fluffy fur flounce.They have a really flared shape (accentuated with the hoop) :24inch (61cm) flared to cover platform shoes.
They are only custom made (unisex):i will email you after ordering for your measurements.The delay is only 48h if the fabric is in sotck (10 days if not in stock) .
