The hula hoop skirt is a flared skirt with an hoop on the bottom for a more funky shape.
The top is made from pvc or cordura (parachute) fabric,the bottom has a huge fluffy (long hair fur) flounce.
*top height = 14,5inches(37cm) ,flounce 4inches(10cm)=total length 18,5inches(47cm)
*flared : 55inches (140cm)

This skirt is adjustable :you will be able to wear it on the waist but also low rise (on the hips).
Made to measure only :i will email you after ordering for your measurements (delay only 1week) .
Two prices are listed depending of the sizes:
_sizes up to 32inches waist (81cm) only 35GBP
_sizes more than 32inches waist =plus sizes have a small over-charge for the more fabric but still only 40GBP for an amazing skirt-cyber,raver or fetish depending of colors and materials!
